Requests can be faxed, E-mailed or mailed to the Registration Office. Please note that a minimum of one Convention Supervisor is required on every convention. When assigning personnel for a convention, it is LVCVA registration policy to schedule the same person in one position for the duration of the show where possible. LVCVA is not able to provide personnel for exhibiting companies.

Scheduling
Work shifts
The minimum work shift scheduled is four (4) hours; eight (8) hour shifts are the recommended maximum work limits. Work shifts over eight (8) hours or a forty (40) hour work week (Sunday-Saturday) are considered overtime and subject to time and one-half payable by the Organization.

Breaks
6 ½ hour work day includes ½ hour lunch break
8 ½ hour work day includes ½ hour lunch & two 15 minute rest breaks
11 hour or more work day includes two ½ hour food breaks & two 15 minute rest breaks.

Special Note: A minimum 48-hour notice is required for any changes or cancellations otherwise a minimum four (4) hour charge will be incurred per person. A lunch and break area for registration personnel must be provided by the Organization Management. LVCVA Convention Supervisors will schedule all breaks.

Rates
Please contact LVCVA Registration Services for rate information.

Parking Charges
Parking charges for registration personnel at sites other than the Las Vegas Convention Center and Cashman Center must be paid by the Organization if applicable.

Familiarization Tour
Prior to the show opening, the LVCVA Convention Supervisor walks through the exhibit halls for familiarization with layout and particulars of the show. This helps us insure the quality of our service provided for your convention or meeting.

LVCVA reserves the right to monitor the work area, increase registration staff as necessary (including supervisory staff), and add relief personnel for lunch and break periods when required. Cost for additional personnel will be included in the final billing.

LVCVA is an equal opportunity employer and observes all Federal and Nevada State labor laws.
